How do I make a payment?

You can pay in three ways:

Online:  If you know your account number, click here to Pay Online. Enter your account number and zip code to complete your payment.

Phone:  If you do NOT know your account number, please call (800) 798-1674 and select option 1 for assistance.

Mail:  Write your account number on the check or money order and mail it to: National Service Bureau, PO Box 747, Bothell, WA 98041

How do I find my account number?

If you received a letter from National Service Bureau, the account number is in the top right corner and is labeled as either “Reference” or “NSB ID Number”.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept several payment methods:

Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Check or Money Order:  Please include your account number on the check or money order and mail it to: National Service Bureau, PO Box 747, Bothell, WA 98041

Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer:  Call (800) 798-1674 and select option 1 for assistance with setting up a bank transfer.

How can I check the balance due on my account?

If you have your account number: Click here to Pay Online, then enter your account number and zip code to view your balance.


If you do NOT have your account number: Call (800) 798-1674 and select option 1 for assistance.

Can I make payment arrangements?

Yes, we offer payment arrangements. Call (800) 798-1674 and select option 1 to speak with a Customer Service representative who can discuss your options with you.

Are bilingual Customer Service Representatives available?

Yes, we offer bilingual support!  For assistance in Spanish, please call (206) 347-3093 or toll-free (800) 798-1674 and select extension 615.

How do I upload files into my account?

To upload files, follow these steps:

  1. Click here to access the Client Login, and sign in with your User Name and Password.
  2. Hover over the "LIST ACCOUNTS" tab.
  3. Select the "BATCH ACCOUNTS" option.
  4. Complete the template, attach the relevant invoices, and click "ADD TO BATCH."
  5. Your screen will refresh, showing the file in your batch list. When ready to submit, select "LIST BATCH" at the top right of the batch box.
  6. A green confirmation message will appear on your screen, and you'll receive an acknowledgment email. If you haven’t received the email, your file may still be in the batch and needs to be submitted.
How can I check the status of my account?

Click here to access the Client Login, and sign in with your User Name and Password. Once logged in:

  1. Use the dropdown in the top right to select the search criteria.
  2. Enter the search information in the search box and click the "Search" button to see your account status.
Where can I find my Client Account number?

Click here to access the Client Login, and sign in with your User Name and Password. Then:

  1. Hover over the "REPORTS" tab.
  2. Select “Inventory Report.”
  3. Enter your client reference number (REF#) in the search box.
  4. This will display a 7-digit number, which is your NSB Account Number.
