Via Phone:  If you do NOT know your account number, please call (800) 798-1674 and select option 1 for assistance.

Via Mail:  Write your account number on the check or money order and mail it to: National Service Bureau, PO Box 747, Bothell, WA 98041

If you received a letter from National Service Bureau, the account number is in the top right corner and is labeled as either “Reference” or “NSB ID Number”.

Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer:  Call (800) 798-1674 and select option 1 for assistance with setting up a bank transfer.
