Transitioning from the Armed Forces
Jack entered NSB with a strong foundation in leadership and operations after his time in the Air Force. But stepping into the normal everyday workforce was an entirely different experience. The client-driven environment at NSB required a new perspective, one that pushed him to adapt and expand his skillset.
“After nearly a decade in the Air Force, I came to NSB with a strong leadership and operational foundation, but the civilian workforce is obviously a different game”.
That realization helped him see where his strengths could carry over, and where he would need to grow in order to succeed.
Growing Into the Best Version of Himself
What made the difference for Jack was the trust and support he found at NSB. Instead of being micromanaged, he was empowered to lead, make decisions, and learn through experience.
“NSB gave me the trust/support to grow into that next/best version of myself. I’ve been empowered to lead, make decisions, and learn from them. That trust has made all the difference, helping me evolve both personally and professionally”.

Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, Jack is finishing the last class of his MBA at the University of Florida, an experience that has directly influenced how he approaches his role at NSB.
“I’m on my last class/finishing MBA at the University of Florida, and the experience has directly influenced how I approach my work. I’ve been able to apply concepts in real time, from process automation to performance strategy”.
The ability to connect academic learning with real-world application has strengthened the way he leads his team and drives performance. At the same time, Jack has been diving deep into the world of AI and how it can elevate the team.
“I’ve also been diving deep into AI and how it can elevate team performance; AI has become a powerful tool for driving smarter decisions and scaling impact across the board”.
The combination of advanced study and emerging technology keeps Jack energized, focused, and always looking for new ways to bring innovation to his team.
